FAQs

First time user can generate their login credentials by clicking on “CREATE ONE ID” tab.

Registered user can login directly with One ID credentials.

To place a Service Request, click on Personal Finance tab on landing page and select Service Request.

Select Loan A/c No and choose appropriate request type from drop down.

Click on Personal Finance tab from landing page and the select View Statements.

Choose Loan A/c No and Select “View proposed Amort Schedule” from dropdown and submit.

Click on Change mobile number / Change email address link in landing page.

Enter new mobile number and authenticate with OTP sent on new mobile number.

Click on verify and confirm to complete.

Click on Personal Finance tab from landing page.

Scroll to the bottom and you can view status / history of Service Request.

To place a Service Request, click on Personal Finance tab on landing page and select Service Request.

Select Loan A/c No and choose other request from drop down and click submit.

Choose Address update request from drop down and upload necessary documents.

To place request for change in NACH Mandate, click on Personal Finance tab on landing page and select Service Request.

Select Loan A/c No and choose NACH change request from drop down and click submit.

Click “Change Request “and upload 6 months’ bank statement by filling in necessary fields and submit.
